INGREDIENTS:
5-8 pieces of the normal size Tofu
Any left over meat that you have in the fridge like pork, beef or chicken balls
Bulgogi Sauce (bottled available in Asian groceries and local groceries)
Cilantro or Celery
PROCEDURE:
- Fry the tofu until cooked (browned but not golden, light brown). Drain and and set aside.
- Then fry the meat until golden brown.
- Combine the tofu and the meat in a pan and pour over the Bulgogi Sauce.
- Simmer for a few minutes then toss some Celery leaves.
- Serve with Java rice and steamed lady fingers.
