INGREDIENTS:
FRIED CHICKEN
Depending on the choice cuts/ Leg quarter about 250 grams each quarter leg
salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE:
- Put the chicken into the pot with salt and pepper and bring to a boil until tender but not saggy.
- Once done, remove from water and drain excess water.
- Put in a Turbo Broiler until it's golden brown or deep fry into the pan.
- Done in no time.:)
Mixed Vegetables
Any vegetables you have in mind
French Beans, Green Beans,
Young corn
Carrots
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced onion
butter
PROCEDURE:
- In a wok pan, melt some butter.
- Saute garlic and onion
- And toss everything right through the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!!Simple, colorful and tasty!!
