AFC Alaska Merry Cremas Food Bazaar is the first ever food event attended by Cooking Ina's Kitchen. Another precious milestone to consider and a great fulfillment considering the length of time CIK (Cooking Ina's Kitchen) has come into existence. CIK is considered a newbie at three months old of full operation. For this event, CIK has made tremendous amount of time in terms of preparing marketing co laterals, food products to sell and perfecting the signature dish to showcase using Alaska Crema which happens to be the sponsor of this event.
AFC ALASKA Merry Cremas Food Bazaar has over 24 Food Merchants who joined and showcased their individual food items for selling, network with customers and fellowship with other co merchants. Here are the list of merchants who joined the event (according to booth assignment): Sweet Success, Nothing But C, Nutty Drizzle, Baked Bites, Bite Contemporary Cuisine,Joanies Cupcakes, Choco atbp, Ninyo Fusion Cuisine, Alchemy, Party Time Philippines, Medchef Homemade Cakes, Cakes and Bakes, Roasteriffic, Roasts Casa Bibingka, The Pastry Parlor, Red Velvet Company, Serving Spoons, Malagos Chocolate, Cooking Ina's Kitchen, Hey Gourmet, Forever Cupcakes, CJM Catering Services and Souzhou Dumplings.
AFC ALASKA Merry Cremas Food Bazaar aims to target 2,000 attendees. As I seriously monitoring the traffic from 1pm onwards, I can say that the organizer have achieved their goal in terms of the number of attendees. Each partners are required to give 600 food samples to the attendees from the time the event has started onward until 7PM. Food partners has also given the chance to join the contest to feature the dish using Alaska Crema. I would like to personally congratulate Hey Gourmet, Malagos Chocolate and Joanies Cupcakes for bagging the top 3 dishes using Alaska Crema. Each winners received 5,000 each and Alaska Gift pack.
AFC Alaska Merry Cremas Food Bazaar offered onstage performance from Introvoys Voice Chorale and a special number from Yeng Constantino and was hosted by two of the most funny and witty duo DJ turned host Chiko and Delamar. Fire works display has concluded the said event.
As a serious newbie in the food industry, AFC ALASKA Merry Cremas event has opened new doors of opportunity for Cooking Ina's Kitchen, windows of higher perspective in achieving it's dream and a stairway in continuing my journey to fulfilling my passion.
