.: PRE- LAUNCH OF THE COOKING INA'S KITCHEN BOOK 1

I took pride on this event as I had my pre launch of the very first e-cook book that I wrote entitled Cooking Ina's Kitchen Book 1 "My first 100 blogs" held last March 30, 2014 at Starmall Las Pinas.I would like to thank the whole Administrative Department for giving me the opportunity to have my pre launch during the conclusion of the Women's Month Celebration. It was a fun packed event as we gave tribute to all women. Here is the introduction on the said event:

Women’s month are now starting to become relatively commercialized in our country. We have seen a lot of advertisements on TV, social network and the internet which tells us what to buy, how to celebrate or why we should do so. Yet do we really understand why we need to commemorate, to give honor and to celebrate the Women’s Month? One word that best describes it is “Women Empowerment”. For today’s special event dedicated to all of us women, we would like to welcome everyone to Cook, Eat and be Healthy and the pre–launch of Cooking Ina’s Kitchen E-book, My First 100 Blogs.

I also made the opening remarks to officially start the celebration and here it goes:

Good afternoon. I would like to thank everyone for coming today to be part of our celebration entitled, Cook, Eat and Be Healthy and the pre-launching of my e-book Cooking Ina’s Kitchen Book 1, The Beginning of my Cooking Journey, My First 100 Blogs. Let me tell you again why we are all gather here, for one, to celebrate the Women’s month by teaching you how to Cook Healthy, Eat Healthy Food and Live a Healthy Lifestyle. Also, I would like to promote my e-book again entitled Cooking Ina’s Kitchen Book 1, The Beginning of my Cooking Journey, My First 100 Blogs, now published and being sold via Amazon.com. This book is all about good food, healthy cooking and nutritious ingredients written in a straight forward, simple and easy to understand recipes. It is the collection of all the recipes that I blogged and compiled into one e-book. So for all of you guys who have been following my blogs on my blogsite, you can purchase if you want to have your own electronic copy. And now, I am currently raising funds to have my paperbook printed and published. This blog may have been overdue as my plate is full lately but I would like to take this opportunity to give my heartfelt gratitude to those who helped and supported me to make the show possible and a success. First of all, to our LORD Jesus Christ for the all the blessings that HE has been pouring upon me. Blessing of wisdom and knowledge to do my writing career, skills and ability for my cooking business, family and friends to have inspiration and to make my life easier. To this kind of life that HE prepared for me, it may have been hard and difficult, with challenges and struggles here and there, with pain and sufferings every now and then, I thank him in my journey and on every step of the way, HE is always on my side to love and protect me endlessly.

To my children, my baby in heaven and my number 1 fan, Lawrence, I know you are so happy now and very proud of your momma.
