FRIED CHICKEN AND MIXED VEGETABLES

Sometimes or most of the time, it's the simplest of the meal that our family truly enjoys, especially among kids. There were times that they most likely to enjoy meals prepared simply and flavorful. Classic meal as they call it, but it will always catches every kids attention.



INGREDIENTS:
FRIED CHICKEN
Depending on the choice cuts/ Leg quarter about 250 grams each quarter leg
salt and pepper to taste

PROCEDURE:

  1. Put the chicken into the pot with salt and pepper and bring to a boil until tender but not saggy.
  2. Once done, remove from water and drain excess water.
  3. Put in a Turbo Broiler until it's golden brown or deep fry into the pan. 
  4. Done in no time.:)
Mixed Vegetables
Any vegetables you have in mind
French Beans, Green Beans, 
Young corn
Carrots
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced onion
butter

PROCEDURE:
  1. In a wok pan, melt some butter.
  2. Saute garlic and onion
  3. And toss everything right through the pan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Enjoy!!Simple, colorful and tasty!!
