STEAMED CREAM DORY WITH TOASTED GARLIC AND GREEN ONIONS |
1 Kilo of Cream Dory
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbs sesame oil
3 tbs Mirin
Toasted Garlic
Green Onions
Aluminum Foil
PROCEDURE:
- Mince garlic and put it over in a pan with oil until brown and crispy. Set aside.
- Season the cream dory with salt, pepper, sesame oil and Mirin. Wrap it in aluminum foil and steam it over like 5-7 minutes. This fish is so easy to cook so you may need to adjust the cooking time, make sure to check it so it wont drain much of the liquid.
- Once cooked, open the aluminum foil and sprinkle it over with toasted garlic and green onions.
- Serve over with garlic rice or steamed rice.
