APPLE CINNAMON ROLLS WITH CREAM SAUCE

I must confess, I am not good in baking. Some says if you have a sweet tooth and loves sweets, pastries, cakes and native delicacies it will be an instinct. You automatically grab on your baking tools and start doing your stuff when cravings and sweet indulgence strikes you big time.I already spoke with a lot of people and the revelation for their addiction and solution is the same. That kind of addiction serves as the motivation for baking to satisfy the craving that these people experience. On my part on the other hand is different, I like to serve desserts for my friends and visitors whenever I have the call to host an occasion in my place. I have no choice but to learn some of the no bake desserts as an immediate remedy. And today's recipe is among my quick fix when it comes to serving desserts. I have this tagline of my own which says "Not all good desserts are baked" and true enough this one will be one of the proof.

INGREDIENTS:
Spring roll wrapper
1 medium size apple choose a good variety but not the very watery one. Japanese apple is a good choice.
Cinnamon spice
Nutmeg
Salt
1 cup sugar
Black sesame for garnishing
1/4 cup Whole cream
1/4 cup Condensed milk
Oil for frying
Water
PROCEDURE:
  1. Peel of the apples and slice according to the size and thickness that you prefer. And immediately, dunk it over to the pan with about 2 cups of water and sugar to avoid discoloration.
  2. Add in the salt and other spices and bring to a boil until it caramelized
  3. Once you see liquid is already bubbling, remove the pan and let it cool down.
  4. Once it has been cooled down, wrap it individually or adjust number of apple pieces according to the size of rolls you prefer.
  5. Fry it over to medium to high heat oil until it turns golden brown.
  6. Strain it to remove excess oil and serve it in a platter.
  7. Creamy sauce is just combining the whole cream and condensed milk. Serve it alongside the Apple rolls.
